Since the 20th century,with the development of social economy and production capacity and industrial, cultural, sports and other undertakings,the requirements to the building structure of people is more and more high,large-span high performance space grid structures have got more attention and high praise due to its unique shape and good economic benefits.The leaping ability of reticulated shell structure is good,and the structure also has the main characteristics of the pole structure and thin shell structure.When the span of the structure is large,the stability of itself and the horizontal thrust of the lower part bring by the upper structure are the key points of the structure technology, these problem will be resolved by integrate the prestressed technique and the single layer reticulated shell structure.At present, the research of dynamic elasto-plastic on single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell supported by cable are very little, in order to study the influence taken by prestressed part on the base of the single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell, some work have been done in this paper and obtain some conclusions:(1)The design of the model.The design includes static design,stability design and seismic design,and the earthquake in seismic design here refers to frequent earthquakes that stipulated in the standard. Under the premise to meet the requirements of the standard,the steel quantity of the single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell supported by cable is less than the single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell.(2)The selection of seismic waves.According to the selection criteria of seismic waves such as site characterization and the seismic theory, on the basis of existing studies by the group named spatial structure of Taiyuan University of Technology, the suitable seismic waves are selected out in the paper and be used in later studies, the bearing capacity of the structure is assessed by the average coefficient.(3)The elasto-plastic time history analysis.In the elastic-plastic stage, through the dynamic response analysis which taken in two different models with different seismic waves, the analysis results of the two model are obtained. By comparing the results, following are the different results between the two models:the failure modes of the two models under different seismic waves are different; when the models failure, the number and proportion of the plastic hinge are different.
