The new energy automotive based pure electric drive will gradually replace the traditional car in the future, which has become the national automobile industry development consensus. Induction motor is increasingly being used in electric vehicles, especially among large vehicles, due to its design, mature manufacturing technology, low cost, high reliability and wide speed range etc. But when asynchronous motor is running, temperature, magnetic saturation, skin effect etc will lead to the drift of motor parameters, which will affect motor control system performance based on the nominal design parameters. Therefore, how to improve parameters’robustness of the system had become the hot and difficult problems of current research. To analyze the impact of parameter changes on system performance, firstly this paper detailed analysis induction motor vector control system, and based on this system, in-depth explores the induction motor rotor flux observation strategy. For conventional open-loop flux calculation scheme highly dependent parameters shortcomings, this paper study flux observer scheme based on full order state observer. Then full order state observing involved sliding mode observer (FOSOSMO) is designed, which sliding mode is further enhanced immunity performance. Finally this paper make a detailed analysis and comparison for observer parameter robustness. As asynchronous motor is a strongly coupled non-linear object, The traditional control algorithm based on vector control theory of linear systems has many performance limitations, which restricted the performance improvements. As a global definition and globally asymptotically stable nonlinear control strategy, passivity control scheme which have strong robustness for unknown parameters the larger potential for Improve the performance. In this paper, the nonlinear electrical systems controller of the induction motor based on passivity control is designed, and verified its performance through simulation.
