| Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning engineering is atechnology that makes the values of temperature, humidity, cleanlinessand every components of air et al meet the required limit, and has beenextensively applied in every field, including civil and industrial buildings,industrial workshop, clean medical region, aeronautics and astronautics.With the increasingly development of society, the required precision forAir Conditioning is more strictly, which leads to air-conditioning systemturns more complex because of its diversifying heat/cold source andcomplicated structure. Nowadays, the development trend of society ischanged for informatization and intelligence. so manual controlregulation model has been outdated in information age. The public hasbeen aware of the significance of energy-saving owing to world energycrisis, and Chinese government has put forward basic policy on energy-saving and emissions-reducing, which turns HeatingVentilating and Air Conditioning engineering to be the most potentialmajor in building equipment field. Many domestic and foreignresearchers have conducted enormous investigation on air-conditioningsystem, air-conditioning equipment and control regulation. As theautomatic control system adjusting method of HVAC is diverse, manyresearchers disagree on choosing temperature, pressure or pressuredifference as the control parameter, even for the control algorithms of aircondition is disagreement. However, many experts still believe thatchoosing temperature as the control parameter is more reasonable.In this paper, the differences of cooling and heating load betweenheating system and cooling system were discussed, and generaloperating regulating mechanism for heating system was analysed.Furthermore, both the general operating regulating methods andautomatic regulating methods were studied.Main contents of this paper are as follows:1ã€establishing the air conditioning room and fan coil physicalmodel, solving the mathematical model of the Summer air conditioningsystem, and the basic formula of the general cooling operation regulationis derived. In addiction, the water temperature corresponding to the partload standard design and operating parameters and the relative flow tableis givenï¼› 2ã€The identification method is presented for solving the optimalsupplyã€return water temperature and the relative flow, and providing adirectly mathematical expression for automatic programming;3ã€Discussing the importance of variable flow system, making afurther research on the application of frequency conversion technology,and the simulation of the water pump frequency control process isconducted by MATLAB;4ã€Discussing the basic principle of automatic control, and theselection principle of control algorithm is quite important. By comparison,the fuzzy-PID control algorithm is the most reasonable in the airconditioning system control, which has been verified in the practicalengineering application;5ã€Describing the control mode of the existing air conditioningsystem, including the control method of the air conditioning equipment–pumps and host. An adjustment method of air conditioning system isobtained based on the summer basic operation formula, which is also akind of comprehensive quality control mode and suitable for the airconditioning system including the ground source heat pump system andrefrigeration system. |
