Permanent magnet synchronous motor is developed in recent years a newtype of motor, according to the normal by using the principle of excitingwinding for excitation synchronous motor, permanent magnet synchronousmotor used instead of the ordinary permanent magnet synchronous motorexcitation winding. With the permanent magnetic material technology and thecontinuous development of modern control theory and improvement ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor with its superior performance, are widelyused in industrial control field. In this paper, with Shanxi Province naturalscience fund project "the inverter power supply the decrease of the permanentmagnet synchronous motor torque ripple and optimize design" as thebackground, from the aspects of motor control has carried on the theoreticalresearch and experiment.In this paper, the object of study is a power of2.2kW permanent magnetsynchronous motor. In the theoretical study of permanent magnet synchronousmotor vector control system, on the basis of building simulation model of thesystem in MATLAB, and use the model simulation experiment was carried out.The simulation experiment results show that the system has good performance,consistent with theoretical analysis results.Based on the finite element software MAXWELL14.0the cogging torqueof permanent magnet synchronous motor are calculated, according to thereasons for the formation of the cogging torque and cycle regularity, usingFourier series approximation method to calculate the permanent magnet synchronous motor cogging torque for harmonic analysis. On the basis of vectorcontrol system, by adding the cogging torque compensation module. Thespecific method is: take the quadrature axis harmonic current injection method,makes the current produced by the additional electromagnetic torque and thecogging torque amplitude is equal and opposite phase, in order to achieve thegoal of compensation.Permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied in weak magnetic controlmechanism of Angle between the shaft of the dq method, realize at the sametime, reduce the quadrature axis current increase direct axis current reverse, thusachieve the goal of weak magnetic speed control. Set up a simulation model ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor weak magnetic speed regulating system,and has carried on the experiment, proved the accuracy of the simulation andexperiment of the method.In this paper, on the basis of the permanent magnet synchronous motorvector control system, through to the current loop and voltage loop PI controllerparameters adjustment, expand the scope of the system speed and stableoperation. Introduced the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector controlsystem and cogging torque compensation and weak magnetic speed of thehardware and software implementation.Type using the TI company’sTMS320LF2812DSP chip, the cogging torque compensation and write on theprocedures of weak magnetic speed regulating, finally on the basis of theexperimental program for a large number of experiments, prove the correctnessof the theory.
