This thesis, in which the research focused on runout extraction method and its error analysis and measurement system development was mainly supported by the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program, No.2011CB706505) named Key Scientific Problems of Super Large-sized and Low Energy Consumption Development of Complex Air Separation Equipment and the National Natural Science Project (No.51175466) named Extraction and Recognition of Weak Impact Singal. In chapter one:The background and significance of the research was expatiated. Described the origin, elimination methods and investigation status of electrical runout (ERO). Discussed the basic theory and investigation status of error separation method (EST). Finally, the research content and general framework of the thesis was given. In chapter two:Introduced the basic principle and the decoupling method of "three-point method" error separation method, and discussed the current runout extraction method. A new runout extraction method based on "three-point method" was raised. In chapter three:Analyzed the reason and the detailed performance of the runout distortion in the new runout extraction method, and a measurement parameters selection method which can eliminate runout distortion was raised. Analyzed the effect of sensors installation angle error on measurement accuracy, and an improved runout extraction method which allows installation angle error was raised,m chapter four:Designed the overall structure of the large-sized shaft runout on-machine measurement system, and designed the details of the hardware system and the software system of the measurement system. In chapter five:Developed a measurement system. A measurement experiment was carried out to improve the feasibility of the new runout extraction method and the reliability of the measurement system. In chapter six:The conclusions of the thesis were made, and some further researches are also suggested.
