With portable devices such as smart phones, digital cameras and mobile terminals gaining its popularity, portable lithium battery charging technology becomes a new research focus. The traditional wired charging technology causes much inconvenience thus decreasing the user experience of portable devices. Wireless charging devices which avoid the restrictions of wired charging technology have broad applying prospect in household, hospital and industry applications. Wireless charging devices which avoid the restrictions of wired charging technology have broad applying prospect in household, hospital and industry applications. This paper uses inductance mutual wired charging technology to design a portable low power wireless charging devices which feature high transmission efficiency and low cost. This paper lists the development process and analyzes the marketing prospect of wireless charging devices. This paper discusses the factors that influences the power transmission efficiency, these factors include how to produce a high performance sine wave, the difference compensation structure of separable transformer, the skin effect and shape of the inductance coil and so on.This paper lists the hardware circuit of the newly-developed wireless charging devices for lithium battery based on Atmega16 controller. Discuss the circuit designed of wireless charging devices based on BQ500211. List designed circuits such as power, full bridge inversion, inversion driver, single chip control, load detection and charging protection and discuss the key elements to design these circuits. At last, this paper discusses how to design PCB layout for a wireless charger and analysis the reason to isolate the digital and analog circuit. According to the load of the charging device, discuss the software design of the device and introduce the communication based on BQ500211.This paper lists the test result of the wireless charging device to prove the reliability and analyses the acquired data such as charging voltage and current during charging. And recorded in the whole wireless charging process the charging voltage of the lithium battery, the charging current, and other input terminal of the current change with time series of data, and analyzed.
