With the steady growth of world population and the people the pursuit of better modern and comfortable life, human demand for energy is also greatly increased. The traditional fossil energy consumption high, followed by environmental pollution and energy crisis.In order to solve this a matter of human existence, people are turning to clean and sustainable solar energy.Using solar power can effectively relieve the energy shortage and environmental pollution, etc. At present, according to different power mechanism, the use of solar power are mainly solar-thermal power generation and photovoltaic power generation in two forms.Solar-thermal power generation is to use the concentrator solar gathered, heating the working medium such as water or heat conducting oil, then using the heating of the heat exchange process to produce high temperature and high pressure steam power generation;Photovoltaic traditional flat photovoltaic and concentrated photovoltaic power generation, tablet photovoltaic technology has been very mature, but solar cells are expensive, limits its further promotion, concentrated photovoltaic(pv) is an effective way to solve this problem. But concentrating photovoltaic still face some problems to be solved, which concentrated component optimization design is one of the problems to be solved. The condenser for the application of the project should have larger acceptance Angle characteristics of uniform and concentrated, for reflective concentrator, its mirror should be high reflectivity, with as much as possible to reduce the loss of condenser optical.In order to this goal, the following work has been done in this paper:Control variable method to research the glass transmittance, silver content and copper content on the influence law of glass silver mirror reflectivity.According to the experimental data from the following conclusions: in silver and copper content in the same circumstances, the higher the glass transmittance, made of glass, silver mirror reflectivity is higher;The glass transmittance and copper content in the same circumstances, a certain range, with silver content increase, the glass silver mirror reflectivity to rise, when silver content is 1400 mg/m2, change the content of silver,reflectivity not have obvious change;In glass transmittance and silver content at ahigher level, under the condition of copper content on the glass had no significant effect of silver mirror reflectivity.Ordinary disc are analyzed theoretically the reason of the condenser is not suitable for application in the condenser system, on the basis of the application of Monte Carlo ray tracing method to design a kind of sectional dish concentrator, the established model in Pro E, lens model into Tace Pro optical simulation, judging from the results of the simulation, the sectional disc condenser instruments have greater acceptance Angle and better uniformity of the condenser, the condenser is suitable for the concentrated light thermal power generation system.Traditional Fresnel lens flare energy concentration, not suitable for application in the condenser system, through every link of Fresnel lens in optical design, each link of the radius of the focal spot is zero into the corresponding ring ordinal number multiplied by a coefficient, the coefficient is the total spot radius and ring width of the product with the ratio of radius of the lens, it makes the ring focus on solar energy by spot center to the outer layers of evenly distributed in there range, to achieve the purpose of the uniform condenser.Conclusion: the ribbon focal plane design formula of Fresnel lens.Using matlab according to the formula of the Fresnel lens of each ring rib is high, the established model in Pro E, using Trace Pro optical simulation analysis on the model.Model parameters,radius is 200 mm, the focal length of 320 mm, 20 mm spot radius.By Trace Pro simulation result is: the light uniformity 0.8, 85% transmittance, receiving Angle is 0.5°. From the perspective of the result of simulation, banded focal plane of the Fresnel lens flare uniformity is good, also showed high optical efficiency, but receive small Angle, this is the next job need to be improved.
