| Heating problem of flow-bulb hydro-generator can affect the life of the generator, seriously may destroy generator. So it’s usually embedded the temperature measuring elements in the generator in order to monitor the temperature especially the peak temperature of hydro-generator. This paper analyzes stator temperature field of hydro-generator based on the finite element method and obtains the whole temperature field. It also caputers the peak temperature of flow-bulb hydro-generator. And the electromagnetic interference of existing embedded type thermocouple monitoring system can’t be ignored. And the number of measurement points is less. Put forward a new method to measure the temperature of stator core using a kind of distributed optical fiber temperature sensor at last. The paper studies the heat source, thermal conductivity, the heat dissipation of the flow-bulb hydro-generator. It mainly includes the copper loss, the iron loss of the stator yoke and the stator tooth, the draft loss. The coefficient of thermal conductivity is determined by the material. The corresponding coefficient of heat transfer on the surface is according to the wind speed. Use the software ANSYS to analyze the temperature field of the stator. And obtain a result of numerical calculation of stator temperature field. Then compare with the data which is measured in Guangxi province to validate the feasibility of the method. It turns out that numerical analysis of stator temperature field of hydro-generator is feasible. The temperature data of numerical analysis has a good theoretical significance and practical value for the actual monitoring, performance analysis. At last, in view of the number of the embedded type thermocouple measurement elements are limited and have weak ability to resist electromagnetic interference, take advantage of distributed optical fiber which has more measuring points and stronger ability to resist electromagnetic interference, put forward a new method to measure the temperature of stator core using a kind of distributed optical fiber temperature sensor. |
