With the sudden and unpredictability, the earthquake caused great harm to the humans society. The draft and evolution of seismic codes become more and more important. Current seismic codes proposed performance-based design theory, the key issue of performance-based design theory is the concept of the plastic hinge, which is important in structural design. There are many studies at plastic hinge performance both domestic and aboard. If analysis model is inaccurate during design, it will cause a big influence on dynamic analysis result. It is most important to decide the position of hinge. The same as the modeling of plastic hinge in the actual structure analysis, nonstructural components also play important rule during dynamic analysis.Designers often simplified structure for pure framework in the actual design, which ignores the impact of infill walls to the main structure. The past studies were focused on the full height infill walls. In order to meet the functional requirements, half-filled walls are frequently used in the actual design, it may course the frame column becomes short columns due to the confinement effect of infill walls, which would cause shear failure of the frame structure.1.Read a lot of domestic and foreign research paper summarizes the plastic hinges and wall padding research on seismic Performance.2.According to a reinforced concrete structure actually project with two span three storey, I select one pin of the framework and build model with SAP2000, I set plastic hinge location within and outside in rigidity region, then modal analysis and time history analysis, last compare internal forces and displacements comparative analysis in two models.3.Select the same pin of the framework and build model with half-filled walls and no-filled wall. then modal analysis and time history analysis, last compare internal forces and displacements comparative analysis in two models.
