Research On Planning Of Diankou Town Power Grid Reform

With the rapid development of reform and opening up, the living standard of residents in small town has been improved greatly. As the economy is improved, the electricity load and consumption in small town is increasing. The application level of power supply reliability and equality is in highly demanded for the residents of small town. The current power supply capacity and grid structure of small town is relatively backward. It is difficult to meet the expanding needs of local economic development. It is urgent to make power grid reform planning of small towns.In this paper, the power grid of Diankou Town in Zhuji city is studied. A comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the grid is made. Based on the load forecasting, the grid planning strategy is proposed. At the same time, the paper put forward the idea of the work of innovation and development of power grid reform planning. The main content of this thesis is as follows:(1) Analysis of current power grid of Diankou Town. Selecting the base year to determine the life plan, a comprehensive analysis of the current power grid is made. Through the analysis of the grid structure, equipment and the electricity supply capacity, the problems of the power grid of Diankou Town is summarized.(2) The load forecasting. Based on the planning data, the electricity needs is analyzed to forecasting the load yearly. The "Gray" model is applied to predictive the electricity. The maximum load utilization hours is used to predict the power. Based on the overall plan for the township land properties and land area, the load density is used to predict the long-term load of Townships, villages and the towns.(3) Power grid planning strategy. According to the plan goal and principle, combined with the substation distribution, the planning strategy of the Diankou power grid is developed, such as scope and involve regional voltage level, unified planning high voltage and medium voltage distribution network, the overall construction and renovation ideas. The projects involved are listed. To make Zhuji power grid intellectualized, the overall plan for intelligent distribution grid, power utilization system and the communication platform is proposed.(4) Investment planning estimates. According to the planning of programs and engineering, combined with the average local price and engineering construction, the investment is estimated to ensure the quality of the planning. The reasonable planning suggestion of the power grid is proposed.
