Due to its special structure and energy conversion form of pelton turbine, the flow of its internal regularity and the destruction mechanism of the mechanical structure is still not clear. Under the different nozzle number condition the flow interference and mechanical dynamics completely different, then the situation within the distribution ring and runner flow conditions and mechanical properties are studied.While pelton turbine in multi-fluid nozzle condition there was unsteady three-dimensional and three-dimensional steady-state flow coexistence in flow field. And flow in a pipe within the constraints fighting and the effect of rotating centrifugal force.In today’s highly developed computer technology, computational fluid dynamics are also developed. Theoretical analysis is fuzzy while research on internal flow of a constraint, and computational fluid dynamics method can clearly understand the internal flow condition. At the same time, the external characteristics and mechanical properties of pelton turbine being clear. In this paper the method of numerical calculation was adopted to analysis distribution ring and a single bucket internal flow field.To understand the mechanical properties of the typical parts under various operating conditions, the intensity of the main components of the numerical analysis. Through the numerical analysis of different solutions for each scheme in the differences in mechanical properties to evaluate its reliability. This article uses the finite element method to analysis the stress of typical components and modal analysis.Through the analysis of the above content, combined with the hydraulic performance and mechanical performance to evaluate the comprehensive performance of pelton turbine to ensure that the turbine is running at optimal integrated hydraulic and mechanical conditions.
