In the past decade years, the wind power generation industry showing a leap forward development under the double drive of national policy and the development of science and technology of wind power generation. In recent years, new installed capacity and total installed capacity ranked No.1 in the world. However, relative to the rapid growth of wind power, power grid construction is lagging behind. Wind power has the characteristics of strong volatility, the ability is limited for power grid to accept wind power, wind power access to power grid consumption and other problems have seriously affected the safe and stable operation of power system.It is obviously not too realistic to accept more wind power through enhancing the capability of peak and frequency regulation of power grid in a short period of time. So fully integrated with the wind field wind forecasting information, to improve the quality of grid connected wind farm electrical energy through reasonable scheduling strategy, has an important significance to build wind power penetration ability.In MATLAB/Simulink environment, this paper firstly establish the simulation model of torque control mode and pitch angle control model of wind turbine power control by using the wind turbine model in PSB tool library, and simulate in the typical working conditions. The control performance of two kinds of power control strategy in power limited operating conditions is analyzed through the simulation results, and provides a basis for power scheduling wind level. Then the small signal model for stability analysis of wind turbine is established, the effect on the stability of wind machine pitch angle transformation process is analyzed in detail. To evaluate WT De-load condition, a De-load coefficient is defined in this paper, and the calculation method is discussed in detail. Especially for rated power operating stage of WT, an improvement is present to distinguish WT practical De-load operation level. The WT power optimization dispatch strategy considering the balance of WT De-load level is proposed. The optimization objectives include reference power error indicator, WT On-Off switch number indicator and De-load level balance indicator. The solution base on GA is designed. Finally, case study shows that the strategy can not only achieve well utilization of wind farm reference power, but also balance the De-load level of each operating WT, moreover, with the optimization of WTs On-Off plan, wear of WT is reduced. Therefore, this strategy has a good practical value for improving the control performance and operation reliability of wind farms that with De-load operation requirement.Finally, according to the control strategy studied in this paper, AGC system control platform was designed based on a configuration software, the results of this study provide a useful reference for raising the control level of china wind farm automatic generation.This thesis is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China" Research On Wind Farm Automatic Generation Control Based on Rotating Energy Storage (51207049)".
