As the shortage of energy and the deterioration of natural environment, higher requirements for the economy and emissions of engine are put forward by the state. The emergence of the turbocharger effectively improved the engine exhaust gas pollution, however, how to make the turbocharger more energy-saving and more efficiently has become an important research topic.As one of the most critical components of turbocharger turbine, its performance directly affects the efficiency of the supercharger as well as the engine. In this paper, a marine axial flow turbine supercharger was chosen as the simulation research object., its internal flow field analysis and strength calculation has been conducted.In this paper, SolidWorks 3D modeling software are used to establish the geometric model of axial flow turbine, and Hypermesh software geometric model for the grid cell division, model calculation; Making computing model under the condition of running-in speed, maximum speed and rotational speed respectively, with the use of Fluent software on the internal flow field in turbine CFD analysis, and then put forward to change the original blade turbine 24 to 28 blade and 20 blade turbine for optimizing program. The results reveal that the 20 blade turbine can improve the performance of the axial flow. Ansys software was used on the structure analysis of the original turbine and optimizing turbine to ensure the normal working of the supercharger. Multiple speed, strain stress diagram of observation model, and find out the maximum points of stress by comparing the show 20 blade turbine turbine maximum stress under maximum speed and the original model are not exceed the allowable stress, so as to measure the two aspects of strength, and flow field, the results show that the optimization of original model put forward 20 blade turbine scheme is feasible.
