In recent years,with the rapid development of national economy, science and technology and the accelerating urbanization process, the rail transit construction in China has maintained rapid development, especially the high speed railway construction. Railway is the national important infrastructure, the artery of national economy and popular means of transportation. It is the backbone of the comprehensive transportation system, and it plays an important role in promoting the rapid economic and social development.Rail vehicle, as the name implies, it can run on the roads, can also run on the track. It combines the advantages of highway transport and railway transport, can be in traction, shunting, cargo transport and other occasions incomparable advantages into full play. This topic development of multifunctional track tractor, i.e., commonly known as the land of rail vehicle, we configure different device can realize different job function, can be widely used in the railway passengers, vehicles, and the subway build small batch of shunting operation and operating units. At the same time, it can be used as a platform, through adding lift, lifting equipment, as for the maintenance of railway lines, signal and lighting, etc. This type of track tractor adopts four wheel drive, can provide 200 ~ 300 t of traction. Before and after the tractor is equipped with four can lift the orbits of the guide, guiding role for tractor on the rail, not tractor and traction derailment. The type track tractor adopts the wireless remote control, which can realize single stand-alone operations, with zero emissions, low input, high efficiency, big traction, the operation is simple, turn to light and quick motor etc, can meet the demand of multi-function by a large number of domestic and foreign railway users under the premise of better solve the practical problems of the daily maintenance.This topic research content includes:1. According to the control of process control system of tractor, and be able to achieve the desired function and safety requirements.2. The use of ifm CR0020 outdoor controller to the control program of the vehicle type, set system data communication protocol of CAN bus.3. The use of wireless remote control and line the control mode of combining class switching two ways at any time according to actual condition, and the line of high priority control.4. Complete control system part of the electrical components selection, assembly and debugging.
