| The precast superimposed shear wall composed of two layers of precast laminated panel and lattice steel is a new type of precast structure system. In recent years, it has been applied to several underground garage projects in Hefei. However, when the precast superimposed shear wall is used in exterior basement wall, the traditional connecting way of using foundation reinforcement may decrease the effective section height at the bottom of the wall, which will result in the obvious decrease of bending capacity of the wall as well as water seepage of the horizontal seam, affecting the normal use of the basement. Focusing on these problems above, this paper come up with one embedded base form suitable for the superimposed exterior basement wall for the reference of the basis of the cup base form by the test on several superimposed exterior basement wall with different reinforcement ratios, different cup wall thicknesses, and roughing condition.By the experimental results, it can be found that the capacity of the specimen is influenced by the embedded depth, the cup wall thickness as well as the roughing condition. The bearing capacity of specimens with rough surface is lager than those without rough surface. The bearing capacity increases with the embedded depth. But the effect of the depth to the bearing capacity is small in certain depth. The stiffness and the bearing capacity increase with the cup wall thickness and the bearing capacity also increase with the reinforcement ratio. Since the stress of superimposed basement wall in actual project is in the elastic phase, it may not occur the failure in the basement of specimens under the design load.The numerical simulation analysis results by ANSYS met well with the experiment which proves that the parameters and models in ANSYS was reliable. Using ANSYS to simulate the failure of superimposed basement wall with embedded foundation and the failure of specimen with different constraints proved that constraints of the lateral part of the cup wall in the experiment were suitable.The paper analyzed the failure mechanism of embedded wall, proposed the simplified wall panel model, derived the calculation formula and proposed specific measures. |
