| Resource and environment restrictions are increasing with China’s economic development and market competition so as the standard of domestic power generation.Thermal power as the main body in power industry, their safety, efficiency and environmental protection get steadily increased by optimizing control system and daily management through improving plant informational level on integration of software and hardware resources.Power plant Supervisory Information System(SIS) is the bridge of Management Information System(MIS) and Distributed Control System(DCS) that plays a very important role on data resource sharing, system security protection, controlling and management of the whole power plant.This paper is aiming at the existing problem on the building of Supervisory Information System in Xibaipo Power Plant. Using modern theory and method to analysis plant’s modern situation, and aiming to establish a more safety,efficiency and good expansibility information system. Firstly, to analysis Xibaipo Power Plant’s modern situation and existing problem; secondly, using the three-layer structural model to build data relationship between DCS and MIS; thirdly, to study performance requirements and structural design of SIS real-time database, methods and measures on security isolation of software and hardware. Finally, evaluate and give further advice on SIS operation performance and security. |
