Transformer is an important power system equipment, which plays significant role for elevating stability of power system. For this study, the existing systems have certain problems, for example simple diagnosis, few monitoring parameters, little consideration on operating condition and low intelligence. And all the problems are restrained on the development of monitoring and diagnosis system. This paper puts forward a new monitoring and diagnosing system based on weighting, which deals well with these problems.Compared with some common transformer monitoring measures, this paper proposes a novel method which is based on weighting different diagnosis results. The system consists of no coding ratio method, improved three-ratio method, David trigonometry, Four ratio method and so on, aimed at eliminate the shortage of one-side.This system is designed for 110 kV power system, offering eminent solution for online monitoring and diagnosing problem. The system uses the polynomial fit method and Wavelet de-noising method to analysis and process data. And the experiment results show its pretty the man-machine interface and practicability.3.Weighing all diagnosing measures in the system. By adding weight for corresponding diagnosing measure to realize comprehensive diagnosis, it can evaluate the accuracy and weaken the shortage of different diagnose. At last, combined with engineering example, the operation is introduced at large. Artificial intervention diagnosis and data processing results are focused particularly. Experimental results show that the system has a higher diagnosis accuracy and can achieve a full range of diagnosis of transformer operation performance.
