| With the rapid development of economy, the energy crisis. The electric power industry is the basic industry of the national economy, but also consumes a lot of energy. Under the premise of ensuring safety operation of the unit, improving the energy conversion efficiency, reducing conversion loss has become an important way to save energy. The operation parameters are the main factors which have influence on thermal economic of the unit. Therefore, further optimization of the operation parameters, improving the economic benefits of the unit operation, will be an effective way for saving energy.On account of NZK16.67/538/538 unit, the objective function of minimum power supply standard coal consumption rate is determined with considering the influence of environmental factors The model of the operation parameter optimizing is built using the Genetic Algorithm, the optimal operation parameters were determined finally. The results indicate that, the optimal live steam pressure, exhaust steam pressure, fan speed, extraction steam pressure and power supply standard coal consumption rate will increase as the unit load or ambient temperatureincreases.Moreover, the influence of ambient temperature on the exhaust pressure becomes greater when the temperature gets above 15℃, and part of the fans need to be shut down at certain low loads if the temperature falls below-5℃.The study provides a basis for the optimization of operation parameters for further research, also provides a theoretical reference for the realization of high efficiency operation. |
