In recent years, along with the influence of "market of coal, plans to enter the electric power enterprise" dilemma, revenue dropped. It is worth noting because above thermal power plant coal-fired power plant costs accounted for the total generation cost 70%, and long-term high coal prices, making the most of power plant boiler design can use coal, but to take to reduce the cost of mixed coal blending technology. Therefore, how to through the mixed coal blending technology makes the coal-fired power plant can run safely and stably, and can achieve the ideal economic benefit is an urgent problem to be solved.Many scholars have carried out theoretical research on blended coal blending technology, but can be applied to actual field are not many successful cases. The focus of the current domestic of mixed coal blending technology in multi constraint conditions to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. This method is feasible in theory but the actual operational difficulties, which as the important parameters of the test method of coal calorific value optimization is difficult to obtain the real-time. Optimization method for this thesis does not aim at blending program "algorithm" but focuses on blending scheme "structure" optimization research, the purpose is to design a kind of more practical application value of the blending scheme. This paper blending program structure optimization, from three aspects: first, to fully consider the properties of pulverized coal, pulverized coal in the furnace to determine the optimal distribution of coal pulverizing system combination is. In order to improve the blending economic scheme, presented in different milling system different combinations load switch.
