Direct air cooling technology can effectively solves power generation problems in coal-rich water-poor regions,obtained rapid development in the world.Due to the direct air cooling unit’s air cooling condenser system structure is complex, equipment size is big,the performance is influenced by the environment significantly, condenser’s unevenly heat transfer,freezed tube bundle in winter,hot air reflow and other issues exist in unit operation process.At present,only a few parameters measuring points exist in air cooling system,such as condensate water temperature, the exhaust steam pressure, fan speed and environmental temperature,it can not fully reflects the working condition of the condenser only by these parameters.In order to solve these problems,we not only need real-time access to direct air cooling condenser temperature field distribution and the change of situation,but also monitoring and analysis of other more comprehensive performance of the condenser.On the basis of having a deep insight into the working principle of the direct air cooling condenser,using FORTRAN language,based on IMMS(the integration of model development platform),to deal with the consumption characteristics,economic back pressure, heat transfer coefficient, internal steam-water flow characteristics and other models of direct air cooling system,writing the corresponding computing program module.Combined with the condenser temperature field data and part of the data obtained from the DCS,putting each function module into the direct air cooling condenser performance on-line monitoring system,implementing online operation of each module,and analyze model calculation results.Through the direct air cooling condenser performance online monitoring system,condenser’s various performance indicators can be calculated in real time,realizing the online monitoring of the performance of the condenser,it is of great significance to unit operation adjustment and achieving safe and economic operation of the unit.
