| The dissertation combines the scientific research program “research on operation life of pumped storage plant unitâ€, the emphases of it is to predict estimation methods of Single-stage Francis reversible pump turbine runner fatigue life and estimate the fatigue life of Zhanghewan pumped storage plant unit runner. First, we modeled the hydraulic simulation platform and processed the numerical analysis of unsteady flow of the overall flow field. Second, we analysed the key parameters dynamic changes of pumped storage units in the transition process to predict unit operating safety. Then, we carry out dynamic characteristics analysis and checked the resonance risk. Last, we investigated the estimation method of runner fatigue life and calculated the Zhanghewan pumped storage unit runner fatigue life in different operating mode. |
