In this paper, taking Xin an bridge (88 m+156 m+88 m) in Shenzhen as the engineering background, using the energy variational method and finite element analysis of two kinds of methods of large-span corrugated steel web PC has carried on the comprehensive analysis of the effect of shear lag of box girder. Under different load was deduced using the energy variational method to calculate the shear lag coefficient formula. The calculus of variations to solve, you can see that this method is indeed a shear stress non-uniform distribution theory is more effective in solving, intuitive method. So by the above theoretical analysis formula is derived to long-span steel girder cross section width of box girder and concrete on solving the distribution of shear stress along the cross section. But at the same time, the accuracy of the formula, and the effectiveness of the proposed combined with practical engineering application, also need to be further verified. The shear stress distribution would be more uneven on the wing, when the span wide corrugated steel combination model of box girder cross section is longer. The width of cross section is wider than box girder, as its width of web plate spacing become bigger, and the shear lag effect is more than ordinary corrugated steel web plate box girder. Especially the biggest parts of shear lag coefficient model beam cross section wing plate and web plate shear connectors, either in full span uniformly distributed load or across under concentrated load, design the web plate spacing is used to reduce as much as possible.Xin’an bridge using Midas/civil construction to complete the whole process of analysis, you can see that corrugated steel web composite section of continuous girder bridge at cantilever construction stage support section is also evident in the shear lag effect. And in long-span corrugated steel web composite box girder bridge bearing, shear lag phenomenon is more prominent. For the composite structure of bridge design, can provide certain reference. The research conclusion of the finite element method can be seen that in addition to the influence of the wide span ratio, and radius of curvature, and about the design of the distance between corrugated steel different distributions of shear stress on them also have different results.
