With the increasing demand of resources and the depletion of land resources, human beings have realized the importance of the blue ocean. The exploitation of marine resources has gradually expended from the shallow to the deep ocean. The more changeable marine environment in the deep sea requires more strict technology of marine engineering ships, which includes the dynamic positioning technology. The dynamic positioning technology has advantages of working without depth limit, high positioning accuracy and flexibility, which is focused on in the development of deep ocean resources. The wave bad is one of the most important environmental loads for power positioning technology. Because the wave motion is complex and the wave load theory is imperfect, the design of the power positioning controller is very difficult.This paper analyzes the theoretical calculation method of wave bad, makes the Simulink program, simulates the influence on ship dynamic positioning by wave load, and does the following work:First, based on the equations of dynamics and kinematics of rigid bodies, established a simplified linear ship motion control equations.Then,analyzed the wave theory research present situation, and studies the corresponding relation between the wave wave height and period, and the relationship between the wind zone and waves.Last, by using Simulink, mechanics property of the first-order force and the second-order force and the influence on ship state are made a detailed discussion from the perspectives of wave height、frequent、wave encounter angle and ship.
