Motion control integrated use the technique of the automation, computer, mechanical, electronic, mechanical and other appropriate methods, through the motor frequency, voltage and current control input power to change the motor drive system speed, acceleration, turn precise control of torque, position and other mechanical quantity. Currently, the motion control system commonly used PID controller. The main results are as follows:⑴Summary the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor structure and mathematical modeling process, coordinate transformation and vector control theory, introduce the schematics of control system, highlighting the PID controller for AC motor control system applications;⑵use genetic algorithms and particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain PID controller parameter On the basis of mathematical models and motor vector control, built in Matlab /Simulink environment to construct the model of the motor, through Matlab,the PID controller parameters tuning, and ultimately through the simulation verify that the genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm accuracy and practicality in AC motor control system, as well as by comparing the simulation results, it was found that use particle swarm optimization to obtain PID parameter can access to better quality control;⑶ On the basis of a mathematical model of the motor, using fuzzy PID tuning parameters for speed controller online. Lastly, build the math model of fuzzy PID controller and permanent magnet synchronous motor, through simulation in MATLAB/Fuzzy tool, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.
