The Driver Training Management Information System Based On Identification Technology

In recent years, with the rapid increase of the improvement of traffic conditions and vehicle ownership, social demand of motor vehicle driver training increases rapidly. Chinese driver training industry basicly guaranteed the needs of the people’s learning demand. But at the same time, China also has a considerable part of the driving schools only proceed from the interests, ignoring their social responsibility, breed a lot of bad phenomenons, did’t do a good job of driver training. Although the cause of road traffic accidents is very complex, but the driver is the main cause of road traffic accidents. In order to enhance the quality of training of driver training industry and public service ability and to promote the healthy development of driver training industry, The Ministry of communications put forward new requirements. Driver training management information system which is widely used in the industry has been unable to meet the new demand. According to the national standards, this article will use science and technology to ensure the training time, training content, training costs, standardize training behavior of driver training institutions and instructors, with the purpose of protecting the driver training market development healthy and orderly, I will study some of key technologies of the new motor vehicle driver training system(such as the dual identity of IC card and fingerprint recognition, GPS electronic fence, remote real-time video surveillance technology),so that the motor vehicle driver training system will become a new integrated management platform of service industry.
