Power system grounding is essential to ensure that the power system is safe,reliable opera ensure the safe operation of power systems,substations are required to be put into operation before the ground network measurements,in operation also need to be measured regularly in order to ensure the health of the network,to avoid the failure occurred due to network failure caused the accident to expand. In order to accurately measure large ground network,effective control of large ground network conditions,this thesis on the basis of in-depth researches in network measurement method,select the different frequency signals to the network,different frequency signal strong anti-interference ability, can improve the measurement accuracy.Meanwhile,this thesis for large ground network,should increase testing different frequency current signal, in order to achieve the step voltage, contact potential measurement parameters such as integrated to determine the status of a large network.By measuring principle of the method, demonstrated the feasibility and practicability,high current-frequency signal measurement Grounding device that can compensate for the frequency large current law is insufficient, and learned a strong anti-interference ability of different frequency Act advantages,an effective solution to high soil resistivity Sichuan power grid,insufficient capacity shortcomings different frequency method can achieve a large ground network step voltage,contact potential,such as measurement parameters.To study the effect of different frequency high-current measurements at ground network, this thesis developed a multifunctional frequency high-current ground impedance test system,and this set of systems for network testing Sichuan Substation.The test results indicated that the use of high-current-frequency signal ground network measurements, can effectively eliminate the impact of interference on the measurement results,it can help solve a large ground network step voltage,contact potential, the court surface potential gradient distribution curve parameter measurement,full compliance with the regulations DL / T 475-2006 " grounding device parameters measurement guidelines" requirement. Large current-frequency signal ground network measurements,not only for the power system,and can be used to measure a wide range of telecommunications,railways,communications,constructionand other projects large ground network,the method improves the accuracy of large ground network,broadening the large ideas to network measurement method for the development of large-scale ground network measurement methods laid the foundation for the national economy,disaster mitigation,preparedness has important scientific significance and enormous economic benefits.
