With the deepening of electric power system reform,reducing line loss appears greater importance. The concept of line loss reduction philosophy is technical line losses optimization, management line loss minimization and inte grated line loss controllable, which m ake the line loss shif t from extensive sc ientific management, standardized virtuous cycle, thereby re ducing the cost of electricity, improving economic efficiency power supply enterprise s, thus developing a set of autom atic, accurate, intelligent, standardization, the whole process of line loss the lean management system has been extrem ely urgent. This paper to state grid technology project "the line lo ss management and loss reduction lean decision support system research and development" as the backing,is aimed at power supply bureau line loss the lean m anagement and loss reduction decision support system for the design and implementation.This paper summarizes the status of such research at ho me and abroad then describes the system design m ethods and implem entations in details. Through the analysis of business proce ss and its dem and for information and suggestion from the line loss management in power supply bureau of line loss m anagement, the system adopting a service o riented architecture(SOA) and enterprise se rvice bus(ESB) technology, which based on the multi-layer system structure, middleware technology to construct a unified support software platform. In IEC 61970 / IEC 61968 series standards, with reference to the power industry standards and SGC standards for data integration, realize the unified model, unified interface, code and data. According to the request of line loss m anagement, build perfect functions, advanced technology, stable and reliable theoretical line loss online subsys tem, the statistical line loss management subsystem, line los s analysis subsystem, line loss index a ppraisal subsystem, loss reduction decision support subsystem, developed a set of theoretical line loss calculation, "four points" st atistical computing, line loss analysis, index evaluation management, line loss of the auxiliary d ecision making, information release, which integrates the lean management and loss reduction decision support system, fully meet the needs of the electric power enterprise of line loss management.
