With the rapid development of wireless technology, electromagnetic devices are increasingly being put to use, more test results analysis showed contradictory spectrum requirements and spectrum utilization gradually increased between the lower and more prominent, resulting electromagnetic increasing demand for spectrum in the electromagnetic environment is also becoming increasingly complex and harsh. In this thesis, the original system software architecture as the basis for the spectrum analyzer for the hardware platform to TCP / IP as the transport protocol, designed and developed based on C / S structure of the electromagnetic spectrum monitoring and management system.Firstly, the original system architecture, made its shortcomings, propose functional requirements and performance requirements for the system. Proposed software design program to determine the system terminal-end software and instrument design.Secondly, the key technology of this system lies in the management of spectrum monitoring algorithm. For less than the original system of fixed single threshold exists, this thesis presents an adaptive signal search recognition algorithm, which determines the threshold to search different identification signal to noise ratio based on adaptive each channel. Conducting electromagnetic spectrum allocation, to ensure that projects can be efficiently solved using the frequency spectrum of user access holes, so that users can access in the shortest time and to ensure optimal access point, this thesis presents a spectrum-based pool access policy and improved optimal adaptation method. In this thesis, the above algorithm uses MATLAB simulation software simulation, and the simulation results are analyzed and compared.Finally, the software part of the system uses advanced computer language C + + development, in pursuit of reusable, reconfigurable architecture prerequisite for the design and development of the electromagnetic spectrum monitoring and management system software. This software is based on the Department of the original software was designed and developed based on the monitoring and management modules, using C / S structure mode of communication to complete remote monitoring and control functions. In this thesis, based on the development of network communication interface Winsock package into a common interface function, which does not depend on specific hardware platform, not only for the hardware platform communications transmission equipment, for general TCP-based communication interface is also available.After the system testing and certification, electromagnetic spectrum monitoring and management system to meet the electromagnetic spectrum monitoring and management functions to achieve the performance needs of the project, human-computer interaction and friendly, easy to practice.
