With the development of the technology of the integrated circuit and the micro/nano electric-mechanical, make it possible to harvest and use micro energy. Can see this situation in some area, such as in the portable electronics and the wireless sensor. In the future, it will become popular to harvest and use micro energy. The technology of micro-vibration energy acquisition is one of the harvesting technology that study and use most. Combined with the background of project requirements,conduct research on piezoelectric switch controller without the source. As an important part of micro energy collection, management and application the switch controller can realize powerless switch control in wild area or places inconvenient to wiring.First, conduct research on the application of the vibration energy harvesting and have a knowledge of the domestic and overseas status of the vibration energy harvesting.Through the literature, experimental simulation, etc, find that it is possible to collect vibration energy and use this collected energy to supply some portable electronics. The passive piezoelectric switch controller that supplied power itself, not only can inherit the goodness of the powered wireless switch controller, but also can solve the weakness of the battery problem of the powered wireless switch controller.Then give the design of the passive piezoelectric switch controller. Introduce the vibration energy harvesting device and the vibration energy processing module. The paper gives the detailed analysis and elaboration of the wireless transmission unit and the wireless receiver unit and gives the specific design process and circuits, and make the circuits modules.Finally, do experiment and simulation of the passive piezoelectric switch controller and its functional modules. The experiment proves that the vibration energy harvesting device can realize electromechanical conversion and the converted voltage can reach20V; Through the processing of vibration energy processing module, we can get stable DC voltages(can choose: 3.45V、4.1V、4.5V、5V); Last, test the passive piezoelectric switch controller. Do a comparison with the one which supplied by the DC voltage source. The result shows that by collecting the micro energy of pressing the button of the passive piezoelectric switch controller, it can send the control signal. But the distance is less than the one which supplied by the DC voltage source.
