Wind power has now entered the stage of scale development, it is the inherent characteristics of intermittent and randomness, wind power is a large number of connected to the electricity grid in recent years, it will be on the safe and stable operation of power system is a severe test, therefore limit the development of wind power. This paper studies the wind power prediction system will has an important influence to solve the problem.Under this background, the choice of wind power prediction system design and implementation as the research content, and through a variety of methods to forecast. Mainly do the following:First, the existing data statistics and analysis on wind farm, determine the technical route of research power prediction system, physical and neural network method is adopted to establish the prediction model. On the basis of high precision numerical weather forecast, set up a complete database system, use a variety of communication interface to collect wind farm integration and EMS data, adopting physical and artificial intelligence, neural network modeling on wind farm, providing humanized human-computer interaction interface, for wind power prediction.Second, the demand analysis to the whole system, determine the expected to reach the goal, in order to the function of the system, the design of each subsystem. To my company’s wind power prediction system demand analysis, the main kinds of my company to the wind power prediction system of the demand, this paper introduces the function of wind power prediction system will realize how to, and then introduces the system of business process and data process, and finally, to the wind power prediction system for functional division, to elaborate on each function module function and role.Finally, in accordance with the target to complete the design of the various modules, the whole system and run and test in the wind. Introduction to database, the various modules and the realization of the user management as well as the realization of the core code, including the overall layout of platform, function structure division basis, such as short-term power prediction, super short-term power prediction, error analysis, interface interconnection, statistical reports, such as specific work, and the system performance testing and summary.
