For improving the line loss management effectually, this thesis has studied and set up a line loss management information system based on network, utilizing technic comprehensively such as MIS, Database, network and info processing and so on and integrating the theory with the application. It has important value in practice and it will take the instructing action to the development of the electric power. The main work and innovation of the paper is that:(1) Integrated eight system based data, line loss management problems caused byfrequent change of power network structure equipment ledger is not unified,between the multi information system data dispersion, staggered and operation mode.(2) It has designed function modules including main data management, dynamic management, eletricity data management, synthesis line loss analysis, main network line loss analysis, distribution network line loss analysis.(3) It has designed and built the database of the dynamic line loss system after create switch table, transformer substation table, line attribute table and high pressure user table etc.(4) It has set up a dynamic line loss system that can meet the various demanding, and give detailed introduce of main network line loss management, distribution network line loss management and synthesis network line loss management modules.(5)Support three province, city, county and multi-level management decomposition and evaluation.The system has been realized and it is tested that the system is stable and can satisfy the demanding through application. And it has taken important action in the development of electric power info.
