With the continuous development of our economy and the need of sustainable development strategy, power plants, more and more get the attention of the society. But the boiler system is vulnerable to the impact of harmful gas in the process of oxygen, resulting in corrosion of thermal equipment. The normal operation of boiler system, deaerator will dissolve harmful gases, especially in the oxygen dissolved oxygen in oxygen from oxygen, to ensure that the deaerator can achieve good deaerating effect, requires the use of advanced control method, application of automation control technology to control the deaerator. Due to oxygen control system is a pure delay, time-varying and nonlinear complex system, this paper is to power plant deaerator as control object, using improved particle swarm optimization(pso) control technology to design the control system of deaerator.In order to improve the plant processing efficiency and economic benefit, save energy, this article will be distributed control system applied in power plant, enhance system stability, this paper takes power plant automatic control system of complete sets of project as a background, this paper introduces the deaerating overall design scheme and realization method of collecting and distributing control system.Oxygen and distributing control system is divided into three parts: the field level, control level and management level. Field level the field instruments and control devices, complete the data acquisition and process control; Control level is PLC control station, mainly responsible for data processing and automatic control; Management level is the PC monitoring system, mainly monitor the running status and technological process of remote control.According to the requirements of the oxygen process was carried out on the field instruments and PLC hardware selection, according to the control requirements of the various field devices. Write the corresponding PLC control program. Field control station this system chooses the Siemens S7-300 PLC, PC, PC chosen as the monitoring machine to realize online monitoring. Is controlled by PC monitoring system, the staff of the field device running status real-time monitoring and adjustment. PC monitor interface design to configuration software kingview as a development platform, the monitoring interface mainly includes the login screen, the overall process flow diagram, into the deaerating system interface, interface reaction system, etc.System of communication network use industrial Ethernet and profibus-dp network, including PC via industrial Ethernet is implemented with the machine PLC communication, a machine PLC through profibus-dp network communications with field devices, through to the network hardware parameter configuration, and write the corresponding communication program to realize the communication system.This system has been in power plant put into operation, running effect is good, improve the work efficiency and achieve the expected control purpose.
