| The car engine combustion phenomenon is common with the improvement of automobile production technology.to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion is an important mean to enhance the value of the car itself, providing reliable guarantee for the vast number of people who have cars.To grasp safety of vehicle automatic dry powder extinguishing device technology has an important significance for the automobile manufacturers and national important dangerous goods transport.The current research on vehicle fire extinguisher is in the initial stage, the fire extinguishing device of the vehicle market is manual.As the state adopts the use of advanced fire control technology fire control equipment,the fire companies have introduced suspension types of dry powder fire extinguisher,for there is no good binding between the device and engine,it is not widely used.The research method of this task is combining with computer simulation and test based on the theory QFD-TRIZ. By considering of the actual work environment and the requirements of the commissioning party,the device is divided in four parts such as start system, dry storage device, the upper and lower two baffles, nozzle, which make up concept product.Doing modeling and engineering drawing by Solidworks, analyzing and processing of test data of the test by MATLAB/SIMULINK,do the structure static analysis of partition and the establishment of multiphase fluid model by ANSYS Workbench,set up parameters and solve the model by Fluent unite based on boundary condition.The research results show that:the concept of product test successfully proves the feasibility of the product development, two kinds of different material baffle mechanical analysis is carried out to obtain valid data powder spraying range, providing a theoretical basis for the application of product development. The application of product optimization design is based on computer software, to obtain a product with mass of 3.5Kg, output pressure design of 176Kpa and its appearance. |
