Content and key technologies described in this article is to summarize the experience of the author in accordance with the development, related technologies and the results of this thesis involved from the FAW R&D Center "commercial vehicle controller platform product development" project, as the FAW and other vehicle plant in the electronic control system controls the function of the key technologies for competitive differentiation, has been used in product development.In this paper, project development work on the development and current situation of commercial vehicle torque control in the domestic and foreign is analyzed, combined with advanced electronic control system for commercial vehicle development process and torque control architecture of the control module based on the architecture of Design and Modeling of a detailed explanation and description.Firstly, based on the commercial vehicle electrical and electronic E/E architecture of the vehicle controller role proposed functional requirements and vehicle control across the entire network architecture undertaken, the overall framework proposed FAW commercial vehicle torque control, clear design goals, determine the relationship between the division and the interface definition of the functional modules. And from the perspective of development platform fully consider the reasonableness of architecture and scalability. Solve the problem of vehicle control torque control architecture from scratch, laying the foundation for future FAW commercial products competitive differentiation.Secondly, the various functional modules of commercial vehicle torque control architecture contains a detailed description in this paper, including vehicle driving controls, fuel-efficient intelligent load control, active anti towering drive torque control, PTO control, cruise control, speed limits, establish control of external interference, vehicle integrated torque control, the Association of powertrain control. Emphasis on the vehicle and the driver’s needs are reflected in the architecture, from the perspective of the needs of the vehicle and the driver, the vehicle needs to achieve coordinated torque control by establishing various parts of the vehicle demand torque models. Among them, improving driver operating experience and improve the economy’s point of view focusing on vehicle drivability, intelligent load control modules were analyzed. According to the special use conditions for commercial vehicles and their own characteristics, cruise controller, speed limits and other modules were focused on the design and optimization.
