| State estimate of power system is a vital way of getting power system’s state, which is regarded as basis for control decision. Self-healing control is the way of resisting accident, it is able to make power system healthy. Self-healing control requires that both static and dynamic measurement should be taken into account, and its state estimate should be process-oriented instead of section-oriented. There are three measurement systems: SCADA/RTU,WAMS/PMU,SCADA/WAMS system. This paper gives the research of state estimate in Self-healing control with measurement system of SCADA/RTU, WAMS/PMU, SCADA/WAMS and the details as follow:(1)Based on SCADA/RTU system, this paper puts robust into process-oriented state estimate.Under SCADA/RTU system, state estimate’s math model is WLS which is easily disturbed by bad data.In this case, this paper adds a new fair robust policy into process-oriented state estimate,leading the result of state estimate more accurate.(2)Based on WAMS/PMU system, this paper gives a improved binary particle swarm optimization for PMU’s set. As PMU’s high price, it will cost a lot if setting PMU on every node of power system. According to PMU’s measurement, setting PMU on part of the whole nodes, a power system can be still full-order observed by linear estimate theory. Setting PMU depends setting algorithm. This paper gives a setting algorithm for the situation of considering redundancy and some nodes invalid under self-healing control.(3)Based on SCADA/WAMS system, this paper gives PMU’s set which is not satisfied full-order observed. Under SCADA/WAMS system, the node information from PMU is regarded as real, replacing the information of RTU, which doesn’t need estimate any more. The rest nodes’ state still need estimate by using the method of SCADA/RTU system’s state estimate, it is the key that how to select nodes to set PMU. This paper uses improved binary particle swarm optimization to give the best set of PMU with the least whole estimation error. |
