China is a country with vast agricultural country,fiber and industrial crop waste fiber is rich in resources,at present the plant fiber resource most is burned or discarded,resulting in the pollution of the environment, to bring great harm to people’s health,and causes great waste of the super large scale fiber resources.The development and utilization of renewable resource most abundant (biomass) is one of the important measures to solve the energy, food and environmental problems,one of the most important tools is cellulase. Cellulase is a complex enzyme collectively,is a biological catalyst,its role is to destroy the cell wall, the release of the contents,the degradation of cellulose into fermentable sugars.China is a country of feed resources are very tight, less land, population,the contradiction between human and animal food fight is very outstanding. To maintain our sustainable development of feed industry and animal husbandry, must solve the problem of feed,otherwise it will seriously restrict the development of.Cellulose is a very rich resources in nature, is a glucose molecule polymerized 800-1200. through the microbial fermentation to make full use of agricultural and sideline products waste, straw, bran additives for cellulase production, improve the production performance of livestock and poultry, improve the utilization rate of feed, improve the nutritional value of feed, reduce the feed cost and increase economic benefits, and has broadprospects of development.Cellulose is hard to be fully converted to ethanol and CO production of protein feed, the main reason lies in the lack of cellulase high efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis by cellulase, the components of exploit synergies to ensure the high efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulase. Through continuous mutation, the medium optimization and adjustment of the process, finally got a High Cellulase Producing Strain FPA12IU/ml fermentation liquid is stable,beta glucosidase 11.3IU/ml fermentation liquid, and achieve the optimal 1:1 of beta glucosidase activity of/FPA enzyme activity ratio.
