Research of motor control rule and design of new style motor are based on the technology of motor measure and parameter identification.The motor measure system must have the character of working automatic, information acquisition fast, controlling the actuator, saving data and so on.Virtual instrument is a developing tool that can design visual interface on the screen, acquire, save and dispaly data, drive the outside device.The motor measure system which uses virtual instrument has a high degree of integration, and it is abundant in driver and capture card. What’s more, its development time is very short. All these help it fulfil the standard of motor measure.Frequency response approach and time domain identification method are two motor parameter identification widely used. Frequency response approach is sensitive to the input signal, and it is based on the linear system and can’t reflect thenolinear character in the dynamic procedure.Kalman filtering and least square method are the two main time domain identification method. One of their problems is that they will partially converge. Another is that it can bring error because of linearization. Model reference adaptive identification method gives the unkown model (reference model) and the adjustable model same input signal. According to contrast the two models’ ouputs, this method adjust the parameter of adjustable model until the outputs are the same. Then, the parameters of adjustable model are also the parameters of the unkown model (reference model).This method doesn’t influence the regular work of the system, and can avoid the weakness of the method described earlier and identify the motor’s parameters online. The research of this thesis can be summarized as follows:First, this thesis surveys the popular design project of motor measure system and proposes a project in which LabVIEW controls procedure, WinCC monitors system and Matlab calculates. This thesis also designs the integral hardware structure and sets the parameters of PC, networks and devices.Secondly, in the LabVIEW environment, this thesis develops the main program and achieves the system function of user management, measure options, data bank operate and printing report. On the otherside, this thesis uses WinCC to develop monitoring screen which shows real-time data and prepares to alarm by voice and light. The OPC technology makes the two softwares share variable quantity and exchange data.Last, this thesis discusses the advantages and disadvantages of filtering by wavelet analysis and uses Matlab Script to program and test in LabVIEW main program.Then, the method of motor identification formerly is summarized and this thesis does a research of model reference adaptive method. Depending on SIMULINK and SIT toolkit, simulation of identification online in motor test system is completed. |
