But the presence of channel has a problem, cannot transmitting fault information, will not be the first time the abnormal information to reflect the operating personnel, to the safe production of power laid considerable security risks.This paper mainly introduced the use of telecontrol channel monitoring and SMS technology and master station monitoring system, the communication quality of the network to conduct a comprehensive monitoring, real-time monitoring to the remote channel each substation communication quality, timely detection of faults and the positioning of the telecontrol channel failure position, when the equipment abnormality, can quickly positioning equipment abnormal and section, so that the repair equipment is targeted, thereby reduce the repair time, which can improve the real-time monitoring and controlling security on the premise of power equipment. This system uses the technology of computer software, using B/S framework using JAVA programming technology to achieve the design and implementation of the whole system, the software design process follow the scientific and the testing method of the whole system was completed successfully.In short, the remote substation in the utilization of the telecontrol channel monitoring system and SMS technology realizes the monitoring and automatic alarm for abnormal substation telecontrol channel, solve the problems of substation channel can’t be timely warning and troubleshoot difficult problem, in order to reduce electric power operation fault, laid the foundation for the safe running of the equipment.
