Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells, referred to as DSSC, as a new type of solar cells has attracted more and more people’s attention and research. DSSC is a kind of clean type battery, the craft is simple, low cost, and has high theory of photoelectric conversion efficiency. So, how to overcome the existing DSSC process optimization of innovation and the realization of the further research of battery propulsion has become the current hot spot.Since the sensitized solar cells is a hotspot in the research of the solar cell field, mainly for TiO2 semiconductor optical anode batteries, hydrogen treatment that alters the energy level structure of Ti O2, amplify the visible light absorption and catalytic activity of TiO2. So without plus dyes, can also form a complete solar cells, similar to the "sandwich" structure of DSSC, and get some efficiency. This paper, under the condition of self sensitization, different concentration of TiCl4 treating the TiO2 thin film surface.under the condition of self sensitization, obtaining the best TiCl4 concentration of surface treatment for the concentration of 70mmol/L, the efficiency is 0.021%, doubling than the pure Ti O2 anode of the DSSC photoelectric conversion efficiency.At present, the most used electrode is platinum electrode, Searching for alternative materials to the precious metal platinum,reducing the dosage of the precious metal platinum,reaching the similar or better photoelectric conversion efficiency is also a current research hot spot. This paper has designed two kinds of different experimental plan in view of the electrode: 1、 pore creating to the platinum electrode, adding pore-forming agent polyethylene glycol(PEG) 1000, When the concentration of pore-forming agent is 0.03 g/mL, measured the photoelectric conversion efficiency is 5.28%,higher than the pure platinum electrode; 2 、 different thickness of NiO/Pt composite electrodes, measured in NiO film thickness about 10μm ~ 11 μm, the NiO/Pt composite electrode for the assembly’s open circuit voltage(Voc) is 0.77 V, Efficiency is 74% of the pure platinum DSSC.
