The Power Grid Equipment is related to thousands of lives. However, the safety factor of the Power Grid Equipment is pretty high, because the Power Grid Equipment has a wide range of distribution, complex equipment and a large amount of information. As a result, the power grid equipment need an automated control system to control the power grid operation to improve operational efficiency.But the automatic control system is a self-contained closed system, which without any Data sharing. Nonetheless, with the development of information technology and the needs of management towards data sharing, and along with the trend that management becomes flattened refined, management has a higher demand to production information. And the real-time information of production, which confined to the workshop and the factory inside, has to share their data in order to meet a wider range of production and management needs.So, how to the public this information securely becomes a very important issue.Through the study of a few companies and institutions, we found that we can design a Electric Power Dispatching Automation Web Publishing System service to service the power companies.This software system can not only help us display the information for managers, but make right decisions for the company by information mining. And, consequently, it’ll become a key power of information technology, which can provide reliable technical support for the secure and efficient operation of the power system.Based on the actual needs of Datian Power Corporation’s Power Automation Scheduling, this article did a systematic design about the Electric Power Dispatching Automation Web Publishing System by using a flexible and versatile design principle and deployment and achieved the deployment and implementation of equipment on the platform of Datian Power Corporation’s Power Automation Scheduling. The system test’s result shows that the system is steady and scientific. What’s more, it can improve the office efficiency of scheduling effectively and improve the automation of corporate governance. And, consequently, this system increases the modernization and automation level of Datian Power Corporation’s information Management link.
