| The research of temperature field in the liner of the water heater is the core technology and key point to realize bath visualization. The user can real-timely control the bathing schedule by predicting the remaining bathing time, and then solve the problem of wasting hot water and the short of bathing water. It can improve bathing quality and strengthen the competitiveness of products.As the uneven distribution of the water temperature in the liner, the existing of the strong turbulence and the variety means of heat transfer, we need build the simulation model of the water heater when we don’t know clearly about the fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics. By analysis the simulation result, we can get the fluid flow and heater transfer law in the water heater. On this basis, we can build a mathematical model to descript the temperature field and predict the remaining bathing time.The article firstly summarizes the research status of the prediction of water heater temperature field and compares advantage and disadvantage of difference of method to of this field, on this basis, the main factors that affect the temperature are analyzed. The temperature and velocity fields of the water heater are simulated by the mean of CFD. On the base of analysis of the result of temperature field heat transfer model based on multi-node, the bath remaining time is predicted by solving the model.Based on building the heater transfer model, the two parameter N and t0 which have a great impact on the prediction result is identified by the method of RBF Neural Networks. Firstly the parameter change interval was determined and then get the optimal parameters of each group of collected samples by the means of enumeration. The setting parameters and the optimal parameters are used as input and output matrix of RBF net. The optimal parameters of all the input parameters can be get after training the net. The accuracy can be improved by use parameter identification.At the last of the paper, the system requirements analysis and design of the water heater numerical calculation and analysis system are completed. The system can simulate the whole progress of the running of the water heater. And then the prediction result is summarized and analyzed through the interface. It has a positive significance for perfect and improve the model. |
