| With the rapid development of China’s economy, and the constant growth of national economy, the social consumption of electricity is increasing constantly. In order to meet the need of increasing electrical load in Qingdao, Qingdao Ducun power transmission project emerge at the right moment. As to power transmission project, it has the characteristics of time-consumption, large investment, technical complexity and difficulties in construction, as well as unforeseen factors in the process of construction. For the sake of the smooth progress of the project, it’s essential to introduce risk management to this project. Furthermore, as power transmission project relates to the national economy and the people’s livelihood, well project risk management will not only bring good economic benefits, but also large social benefits.On the basis of the analysis of Qingdao Ducun power transmission project profiles, this paper attempts to do research on risk management of Qingdao Ducun power transmission project using the theories of project management, construction project risk, risk evaluation, and other related theories. Firstly, the author has analyzed the profile of the project briefly:then, built the appraisal system of the project through four dimensions including natural environment, safety, technology and business after the project risk has been identified; thirdly, in order to ensure the completion of the project, the author has analyzed the risk factors of this project by using AHP. and has pointed out the relevant risk control solutions with the help of the analysis results and the practical issues during project construction; and finally, the author has summarized this paper’s main works and come up with the vision of the power transmission project risk management. |
