The energy crisis and worsening environmental pollution set off a wave of promotion of pure electric vehicles in the world. The pure electric vehicle charging pile, as one of electric vehicle re-search support facilities, stands a pivotal role in the promotion of pure electric vehicles. The charge pile power conversion circuit based study occupied an irreplaceable role. In this paper, charge pile of power correction circuits and full-bridge DC / DC circuit are set as a research object; detail-ed analysis and research are carried out. The main research works of this paper are as follows:1. Analyzed bridgeless PFC topology systematically; discussed the pros and cons of different circuit topologies in conduction losses, fluctuations in the output voltage and the complexity of the sampling circuit inductance2. Gave the overall structure of the power conversion circuit; described the working principles and characteristics of bridgeless PFC and full-bridge DC / DC circuit in detail.3. Based on the circuit structures mentioned above firstly established a bridgeless PFC mathematical model; made derivations of two bridgeless PFC control algorithm which is used most commonly; made a bridgeless PFC simulation model according to the theory. Based on the test data of simulation circuits in input voltage disturbance, output voltage fluctuation and power factor, with the combination of advantages and disadvantages of each method, duty cycle prediction algorithm was used as the final control algorithm and conducted simulation verification.4. Used EMI filter at the DC / DC inputs in order to suppress the obvious common-mode interference in bridgeless PFC. A new type of digital active EMI filter was designed as the filter. Described the entire filter design process and then analyzed the entire circuit model. Finally, made simulation test on saber.Proved the accuracy of the combination of charging pile power conversion circuit(PFC and DC / DC) control technology and theory to practice in the simulation platform; provided a reliable theoretical and practical basis in the charging pile power conversion circuit pile research and control strategy research.
