In order to meet the demand of intelligent family, household Internet of Things (IoT) uses various intelligent devices to collect a large number of sensing data. These data, which contain a wealth of information, can reflect the real state of the physical perception of the world in a certain condition. In order to obtain valuable information from the sensing data, it needs to design a data storage scheme which can make the sensing data accumulate continuously, and provides the data support for all kinds of services of household IoT. In a word, designing a good data storage scheme not only has great effect on the development of household IoT, but also plays a great role on realizing the value of data.Firstly, this paper analyzes the data storage needs of household IoT, and has a comparison of the current typical data storage models and schemes, based on the above analysis, determines the data storage scheme of household IoT. Secondly, this paper studies the data model applied when sensing data are stored in MongoDB. In the process of modeling data model, this paper puts forward a modeling method for the logic model of MongoDB database, which can be used to establish the data model of household IoT. In the process of designing data model, this paper designs the data storage model for different sensing data in detail.Finally, this paper designs a cloud storage platform based on MongoDB, and introduces the design and implementation of function module, which mainly consists of building general data model, achieving data access module by the Mongoose model and the Web Service technology, designing the cloud storage structure under multi-user mode and the data processing module. And then this paper sets up the MongoDB cloud storage platform in a laboratory environment, and designs the load balancing scheme of the platform.
