The accelerometer as an important part of high power device parameters detection instruments and equipment has been a wide range of applications. In the processing of dealing with accelerometer test data, the input data and output data of accelerometer has been influenced by the interference and noise of the transmission channel. In the process of identification, the calculation error and environmental disturbance will cause the other false features, which make the identified transfer function difficultly fully characterize the dynamic characteristics of the accelerometer. The frequency domain method can be directly used to calculate the frequency response function, which is suitable to solve the precision of the frequency response function during the accelerometer dynamic characteristics. Therefore, the frequency of the accelerometer dynamic characteristics of direct estimation method has the important theory significance and value.This paper analyzed the accelerometer signal processing effect on the frequency response function, presented a FFT method based on accelerometer signal processing. With the acceleration of excitation signal and response signal characteristics, gives a model of oversampling and subspace blind identification method. On the basis of this, a method of system blind identification on accelerometer based on oversampling technology is presented. This means using system blind identification of acceleration obtains high precision accelerometer output signal and by the empirical transfer function estimation method obtains the frequency response function based on accelerometer.Experimental results show that the method can effectively reduce the influence brought by the spectral leakage, improve the calculation of frequency response function in the process of FFT precision. Based on sampling technique of the accelerometer out signal blind identification method can separate accelerometer output signal and transmission channel based on the channel, reducing the impact of interference and noise, making the output signal deconvolution restoration through the single input and single output data. The accelerometer dynamic characteristics in the frequency domain estimation method can effectively solve the accelerometer frequency response function, obtaining the accurate amplitude response and phase response curves, characterizing the dynamic characteristic of the accelerometer better.
