As a kind of clean and renewable energy,wind power is getting more and more attention in all countries around the world,the development and utilization of wind energy,especially wind power generation have been developed in many countries all over the world. In recent years,the installed capacity of wind turbine is increasing year by year,the proportion of the whole power grid is also growing. Therefore,the security and stability of the wind turbine operation has been paying close attention by the people.The proportion of permanent magnet direct-drive wind turbine in wind turbines is increasing gradually,its rotor uses a lot of magnet steels(permanent magnet) as the poles. Magnetic materials have many types and their performance differences are also great,but they all have magnetic instability and stress imbalance problems.The stability of magnet steel is affected by temperature,vibration,time and the current. Magnetic instability is likely to be a reason to cause,it also may be a result of the combined action of multiple causes. However,generally speaking,there are reasons of current,temperature and vibration to cause magnets to off.In this paper,1.2MW direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine is used for the research object. First of all,based on the working principle of permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine,the simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine of jinfeng 62(1.2MW) is established in power system analysis software PSCAD,three simulation analyses are carried out on the generator in normal mutation,wind speed,three-phase voltage unbalance of power grid respectively,and the current of wind power generator is obtained. Secondly,the model of the electromagnetic field and temperature field of the generator are established by use of ANSYS software,the tangential and radial electromagnetic force of the magnetic steel is calculated in the electromagnetic field,the extent of the current,temperature and vibration of the magnetic steel off is calculated respectively by energy,and then current,temperature and vibration are analyzed on the sign which show more obvious.By the study of the relationship between multi-source symptom and the falling off of magnet steel of the wind turbine,we get the extent of the current,temperature and vibration of falling off the magnetic steel. Results can provide a theoretical basis in the fault detection and diagnosis for wind turbines,reducing the damage of the rotor influencing unit operation to the maximum extent.
