Due to the use of mineral resources of sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide and other gases, the serious pollution of the atmosphere, which is caused by the increase in global temperature, to the lives of people around the world to bring a lot of inconvenience. Therefore, in the modern society with people’s consciousness of environmental protection is increasing day by day, people are yearning for a good air quality in the new century, new energy around the world are working to develop no pollution, clean instead of increasing depletion of mineral resources, in the research of new energy wind power generation as one of them by the countries all over the world to study.This article main research content is the design of the variable pitch controller in wind power, in order to make the wind turbines can stable output power, variable pitch control system design is a very important role.First understand the change of wind speed seriously affect the output of generating unit and the unit makes the life of the parts and components within the MATLAB/simulink to establish the simulation model and simulation and analysis of wind and wind scale relation, and the simulation shows that wind power level in the wind into multiple geometric growth, several wind speed model and simulation.Then analysis to study wind turbines and working principle of doubly-fed wind power generator, by learning to know doubly-fed wind power generator has some advantages; The machine reliability of doubly-fed wind power generator is higher; Strong ability to adapt to the environment. The advantages of the transportation and hoisting aspects, by using the simulink in matlab 6 mw doubly-fed wind power generator model, some parameters for the simulation analysis.Finally through the analysis of wind turbine and the principle of the variable pitch control in the study and understanding of the sliding mode variable structure algorithm, and by learning to know the sliding mode variable structure has the chattering phenomenon, in order to weaken chattering phenomenon can use the quasi sliding mode variable structure or intelligent algorithm such as the combination of methods to solve, in this article, and establish the quasi sliding mode variable structure is analyzed.studying variable pitch controller and traditional PID control, and simulation is analyzed.studying quasi sliding mode variable structure control of power output of the controller and traditional PID and the pitch Angle, by simulation comparison to illustrate the design is analyzed.studying quasi sliding mode variable structure controller is superior to traditional PID control variable pitch controller.
