With the degradation of structure bridge, bridge maintenance and reinforcement has became the focus of the current development of highway bridge. simple supported-continuous girder bridge has became a kind of main bridge of highway in our country because of its simple structure, but with the damage of rubber bearing, this kind of bridge is generally faced with the problem of bearing replacement. This paper ensures the construction safety and cost control to provide experience and guidance based on the summary analysis of the bridge construction scheme and technology on the basis of bearing replacement, through the study of the application research of practical engineering. The specific contents of the paper are as follows:(1) Analysis the domestic and foreign construction situation and existing problems of bearing replacement from two aspects of construction scheme and technology and summarizes a variety of method of the applicable scope and key technology of the continuous beam bridge bearing replacement.(2) We discussed on the feasibility of the synchronous lifting-up construction scheme from the engineering examples. Next, through the simulation analysis, the concrete feasible lifting-up construction scheme is summarized systematically for a bearing replacement a continuous T bridge using steel butterfly beam method.(3) Finally, we simulated construction process on the T beam and small box girder which using single bearing arrangement. Analysis the changing rule of the main girder stress and displacement and the reaction in the process of longitudinal followed by pier or piers, lateral synchronous jacking-up, lateral synchronous lifting-up bearing replacement and verify the safety of the girder under every situation. Then to get an scheme of longitudinal followed by pier, lateral synchronous jacking-up, lateral synchronous lifting-up where each section has a reasonable stress.
