When accident occurs on the freeway, how to make scientific and efficient decision to dredgevehicleson accident road orderly, reducing the delay of the vehicles maximumly, has become a key issue to solve for freeway operation management.Existing traffic control methods are mainlythrough variable information board, traffic radioand other information broadcasting facilities to release information to distribute counseling information, or road traffic police and other government personnel come to the scene to dedge vehicles.But these methods either from coverage or efficiency and other terms, have certain limitations.Aiming at deficiencies of the existing freeway traffic control methods, The thesisraise a new method of traffic controlbased on point to point navigation with the rapid development of the existing smart phones and 3G / 4G networks,combined with accident information, basic information section of the road, network topology information, historical traffic flow data,realtime traffic information and traffic flow capacityetc.Traffic controlmethodon freewayaccidentroadbased on point to point navigation takesmobile phone APP /GPS navigationas the carrier,releasingtraffic controlstrategies tovehicles of accident road to achieve the goal of commandingeach vehicle.This thesis analyzes theimpact oftheturning radius ofthe different typesof vehicles,queue length, the proportionofvehicles,real-time capacity and real-time traffic flowto groomingpolicy.For differentaccident information, Emergency Dispatch Centerdevelop appropriatestrategiesto divertvehiclesaffected by the accident.Thetraffic control method of the paper takes minimumdelayof vehicles as principle, taking thepsychological factorof the driverinto account.Thetraffic control methodanalyzes the divert model to thecase ofaccidentblockedthe roadand developsstrategiestodifferentdivert model, and ultimately chooses the optimaltraffic controlstrategy.Feature of the thesis isintelligenttraffic controlmethodreplacethe existingmethod.Traffic control method based on point to point navigation is determined by thecomputer, considering a variety of factors, making the besttraffic controlstrategy,modularorderlygroomingvehicles,reducing conflicts and delays between vehicles under a state of disorder. Generation strategy is completed by the computer running in the background,beingmore intelligent and efficient.It is more sophisticated and high accuracy in calculating the running time of the calculation of the vehicle or traffic warning devices.
