The vibration frequency of the paver machine ironing plate vibration system has a great contact with the spreading density of the paver.For many types of paving machine can not feedback the vibration frequency of the plate vibration system on time, and the control to the vibration frequency of the vibrating system of the spreading machine is an open-loop control, in order to further improve the spreading density of the paver,this paper proposed and developed a multi frequency test system which can detect the paver machine ironing plate vibration system’s vibration frequency on time.Through the theoretical and experimental research about the relation between the vibration frequency of the paver machine ironing plate vibration system and the paving density,it had got the relation graph about the vibration frequency of the paver screed vibrator,the vibration frequency of the vibration device and the paving speed to the density.There are a lot of methods about how to measure the frequency. Through the comparative, analysis the measurement methods of the frequency, it put forward to use a software method which based on discrete Fourier transform to detect the paving machine screed oscillation frequency. It designed the overall scheme and the basic components of the multi frequency vibration testing system.It designed the hardware of the paver screed multi frequency vibration test system through designing the acceleration signal, the speed signal circuit schematic diagram and the testing system of circuit board schematic diagram.For the design of the software system, this research set up a software platform for the paver vibration frequency detecting system,and designed the signal acquisition driver module program, the application program. Through the comparison between the fast Fourier transform based 2 and the discrete Fourier transform in computation,it found through using a Fourier transformation method based on 2 could reduce the calculating time of the compute.The paver multi frequency vibration test system had been design.Certain experimental verifications were carried out in the laboratory and the construction site. The experimental results show that the paver multi frequency vibration test system to measure out the frequency value is correct, and the paver control regulating device can not represent the the actual value of the paver machine vibration frequency.
